They were installed carefully. He came at the time we agreed upon, and the price was very fair. I had tried one company that wanted more than I thought was fair. Turns out I was right since Misael did the job for around $2000 less than they wanted for just the shower replacement. I will be having him back again after the holidays to do some other work I need done."

"Arrived on time. Performed work in a professional manner. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."

As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
