"Rema was very thorough when installing my new kitchen faucet. He came to my home at 6:15pm, which surprised me. In my experience, it’s difficult to get a plumber past 5pm! "I spoke with 7 companies with Angieâ s list and a couple local. Companies wanted service fee just to come out. They also would not give me a idea of price. 2 plumbers showed up at the same time neither new other price. LAl at Suma Plumbing and Drain was great. Best news is he was super polite and hundreds of dollars less than the others. Win Win. Do yourself a favor contact him. If a company charges a service fee it is the wrong company. I have a new plumbing company."

"I reached out to The Waterline Group (TWG) after getting a quote from one of the large plumbing companies in the area. The problem was a bad Backflow Preventer. The quote was very high and included work that didnâ t need to be done. TWG inspected the problem and got me on the schedule quickly for $900 less than what I was previously quoted. The TWG technicians were very polite and efficient and everything has been working great ever since. "They arrived early and immediately began assessing my plumbing issues. They went beyond by taking time to carefully analyze the real issues and extent of the leak. This involved a major cast iron pipe and they alerted me to the extent of the problem. I was clearly shown the problem and was given options in how to remedy the leaking pipes. The price given was fair and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. I decided to move forward and they worked several hours. They left to get the necessary parts and came back — working until the work was completed and fully tested. They had the necessary skills and equipment to do the job.I was extremely happy with the work ethic and professionalism. They cleaned up as well as reattached my laundry tub. The owner is a master plumber with over a decade of experience which was clearly evident in taking care of my project."
