"Previous A/C company notified me they were no longer servicing my area when I contacted them to investigate a leak of the A/C unit into a vent. Contacted Moncrief and they were able to get me a next day appointment to check leak and service A/C systems. . They were able to ascertain the cause of leak (plumbing, not A/C) and serviced my units. Tech was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and arrived on time. Very impressed and will be using for A/C service in future."

"Limitless Renovations handled the remodel of our bathroom, which included oreplacing our lighting fixtures, removing a bathtub and replacing it with a shower, replacing our vanity and it's plumbing, replacing the flooring, changing a door and painting the bathroom. They also painted an adjoining bedroom and closet and replaced the flooring in both spaces. Simon, who handled all of the bathroom renovation except for the flooring, painting and installing the glass for the shower, Eric who installed all of the flooring and Manny who did all of the painting were all a pleasure to work with. They all appeared on time, did their jobs well, were easy to communicate with and asked for our input as the work progressed and cleaned up the spaces they were working in at the end of the day. Kristy, who we dealt with over the telephone during the renovation was easy to reach, kept us advised as to any schedule changes and and handled any changes well. We are very pleased with the outcome."

"Our home and master bath date from 1998, and the bath was in need of some serious updating. It was comprised of a laminate double vanity with molded counter top and sinks, garden tub, and small molded plastic shower stall. Our goal was to upgrade the flooring, tub decking and shower to tile, install granite countertops and hardwood cabinets, replace the garden tub with a whirlpool, increase the size of the shower, and upgrade all the lighting. Additionally, we wanted to replace a bathroom door that continually banged into an adjacent closet door, as well as increase storage space in the bathroom itself.
With no previous remodeling experience, we didn't know quite where to begin with a project of this magnitude. We used Angie's List to review various contractors in our area and spoke to a couple of them before settling on West Georgia Design. From our first meeting, Dwight struck us as somebody who clearly knew his work and could provide useful and practical expertise to us, but, equally important, he impressed us as a man who was honest and forthright in his business dealings. We were correct on both counts.
Based on our objectives, Dwight completed a plan and an estimate. Though the original bid came in higher than we expected, we met twice again and agreed on a final price for the materials and work. One of the things that impressed me about this provider was that, even though the work took a couple of weeks longer than planned due to weather delays (certainly nobody's fault) and the inevitable surprises, like plumbing issues, that occur on projects of this magnitude, the final tab came in within a few hundred dollars of the initial budget estimate.
We finalized and Dwight purchased our materials after the contract was signed. Here is another area where we would give him very high marks. He worked with us on selecting materials and colors and styles that would all complement each other and work well together. We had already done a good amount of legwork on our own and made some choices on individual components, and ultimately, much of the final result gets down to the details: tile colors, shapes and patterns, cabinet styles, countertop colors, etc,. It's important that your contractor has a good sense of your goal and a final vision of the project in his head as to how everything will work and look together.
Once the project began, Danny was the lead on doing most of the work, assisted nearly every day by Aramus. They did the bulk of the demo work, plumbing, painting, and sheet rock, cabinet, Jacuzzi, tile, shower glass and lighting installation. Others also worked with them as needed for specialized plumbing, electrical work and sheet rock finishing. Dwight stopped in as needed - about every 2-3 days - to check on the progress of the project and to make sure it was on track.
We had a couple of minor glitches, as you might expect with a project of this magnitude. One was having to relocate supply and drain lines for the new tub and shower in a concrete slab, on which our home rests, and the other was a misunderstanding in the placement of new electrical outlets and lighting bases. The plumbing issue added a day or two to the project, while the electrical issue was pretty minor and was corrected within a couple hours by a re-visit from the electrical subcontractors. There was also a minor issue with the shower door after the project was completed, and the problem was corrected quickly and without any further issue.
Overall, the project went very well, and we were always kept well informed by Dwight, Danny and Aramus as to what had been done and what was coming up next. We feel like we developed an excellent rapport with all 3 of them, and they were always, without exception, respectful, receptive and responsive to our needs and changes as they occurred.
We could not be happier with the end result, and are enjoying living with our new dream bathroom. The final result greatly exceeded our expectations, and the look of the completed room is beautiful. The color pallet, the materials and the workmanship are all terrific. In fact, we're already making plans to remodel our second bathroom. Many thanks to Dwight, Danny, Aramus, Matt and the other members of the West Georgia Design team that helped make our dream a reality.

Schedule a plumbing inspection every one to two years to ensure your system is in good working order. Regular inspections can help you catch minor issues before they become costly problems, like major water damage repairs. You should also consider a plumbing inspection when buying or selling a home or if you notice signs of a plumbing issue. Staying proactive with maintenance can save you money and stress in the long run.
A plumbing inspection for a standard one-story to two-story home takes between two and three hours. For larger residences, historic homes, or rental complexes, a complete inspection requires a full-day commitment of eight hours. However, this does not account for any necessary repairs that your plumber might find, so it’s best to set aside additional time during the inspection in case an unexpected repair comes up.
When built with quality materials, your plumbing system endures for decades. CPVC, brass, iron, and steel provide reliable service for 50 to 70 years, while copper extends durability up to 100 years, and PEX maintains performance for 80 to 100 years. Maintaining this system with regular inspections and prompt repairs guarantees long-term efficiency.
You should repipe your home when your plumbing exceeds its expected lifespan or uses hazardous materials like lead, polybutylene, or galvanized steel. Persistent leaks, corrosion, and compromised water quality signal that your existing piping no longer meets safety standards. Repiping eliminates potential health risks and prevents extensive water damage.
