"Josh and Mike arrived on time and quickly went to work to diagnose our low water pressure problem.  They started with an inspection and as they probed deeper into the system they updated me on what they were investigating and what the repair cost would be if a problem was found with those system components.
The information provided on pros & cons of my options for the repair was very helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision.  As part of their investigation an unrelated issue with the foundation drain tile was found, which they documented with pictures for me.
As a suggestion, because there are always opportunities for improvement, C&J might consider a better system for organizing inbound calls, scheduling work and communicating back to customers.  It makes sense that they must prioritize the customers who have no water and the team was very friendly but not sure of how long it would take to get to my job on our initial contact.
I will absolutely use C&J again if I need help with my well!

Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision.
