"Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. "Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

"This is the 3rd or 4th time we used Bryan and his great team. We had water damage from the massive storms in the NE, and a company came out to install a french drain in the bathroom. They had to remove part of the studs in two rooms, and tear up the tile floor in both. Bryan and his team worked within my very tight deadline (baby #2 on the way in 2 weeks) to have the studs fixed and drywall installed, as well as taking care of the tile floor, fixing some unknown leaking bathroom fixtures, replacing a leaking window, and most importantly getting my wife the bathroom she will so badly need to have up and running when our child arrives. His team is always so polite, clean, and courteous. Working with Bryan is always a pleasure because I know what I am getting as far as quality, professionalism, and fair pricing.
