He was way less expensive than any of the other quotes I received from the big corporate plumbers.. Nice family owned business. "I went to Farrells office and spoke to Steve Farrell and he said he would get my broken water heater taken care of that someone help me . And within an half hour Trish called me from Farrell Plumbing and told me Adam would be right over. Adam was here within 10 minutes and accessed the problem and within a couple of hours I had a new hot water heater installed. Adam was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. "When my 25 year old hot water heater gave up the ghost I turned to Angi for a list of approved plumbers. Plumbing is a service industry , and it’s going to be good customer rapport that will make or break a sale. I was contacted by Alex with Mid-Florida Plumbing and from our initial phone conversation to the completion of the job, this personable and capable young man not only executed the tricky water heater removal and replacement, but instructed me in its care and feeding, answered my questions about other funky stuff around the house, and fixed my cranky toilet.
