"We recently had a leak in our crawlspace that did extensive damage to our home. Hope Plumbing not only was quick to arrive and stop the leak so we could restore water to the rest of our home but they also recommended a great restoration company to prevent further mold growth and ensure our home was clean and safe. Over the multi week project, Hope Plumbing was super accommodating as they worked alongside the restoration team, general contractors and the granite company. They also discovered an issue with our sump pump - something completely unrelated to what they had come for, but ultimately saved us from a more significant damage. We’re always quick to recommend them and they’ll always be our preferred plumber!"

"C&J did a great job. I called them in the afternoon and they fixed the problem the next morning. The water had to be turned off due to the leak, so I needed the leak fixed as soon as possible. Also, it was January, so I was concerned about getting the work down outside due to weather. They were extremely responsive. During the initial call, they said they would contact the actual workers and get back to me asap to let me know when the work could be done. They called me back within a short period of time to discuss the problem in more detail and scheduled it for the next morning. They called the next morning saying they were on their way and showed up on time, just as they said they would. They did a good job digging down to the pipes, then putting on new connectors, to fix the leak. They explained why the problem occurred and why the new fittings would work better. The price seemed fair, but I really didn't do any comparison shopping. I found C&J on Angie's list and they were they first company I called. While waiting for their initial callback, I called another company which was highly rated on Angie's list, and left a message on their answering machine. I never heard back from them.

"Would recommend FlowPro if you have plumbing needs. Rob was able to take care of our problems even with some unexpected complications due to our house being older. He was a pleasure to work with."

"We had a new tub surround and walk in shower installed in March of this year. From the initial sales meeting to finish of the project Mad City Bath has excellent service, communication, and a beautiful finished project. Ron and Phil made a great team and even though they ran into unforeseen complications in our plumbing in one of our bathrooms they kept at it until it was right. Our contract price never changed. Prompt, professional, highly skilled and very respectful of our property. We love our new bathtub and shower! I would highly recommend this company."

"One of the two questions I asked when buying our home, does basement have water issues? Well, first week living there it sure did after getting hit with a 100-year storm, it flooded pretty good. The water was coming up from under the floor. Our house was built in 1930 and did not have a sump pump. After 2-3 times of the basement flooding and working an additional 8-10 hours after working all day, my wife and I figured we need to do something about this. These guys came in took measurements, and were very clear on what the scope of work they were going to do. They explained everything and answered all our questions and concerns. The work was done in about a week. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, and the option to have financing is nice since we did not have that money sitting around at the moment. During demo/install a water pipe had been damaged and was leaking/dripping very little. We called them about it and no questions asked they had hired a plumber to come to fix it. I liked how they asked for permission on certain things like location of the wells out in the yard and a few other things."

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
