"Ryan and Matt were awesome. Matt was very quick on replying to my quote request and getting me a price. Once I chose them for my water line replacement, they moved quickly. Ryan was great while on the job site; kept me updated on what was going on, answered my questions, explained why they used certain products, etc. Matt was there off and on throughout the morning and he was very good to work with as well. They use Steve from Evergreen Boring LLC and he was really great to work with as well. I will be using them again for additional plumbing projects. Their price was very competitive to other plumbing companies."

"Excellent experience. Compared to all the other plumbers who came out an gave an estimate I could tell that Henco new what they were doing and showed confidence. Loren was an excellent problem solver and was able to accomodate my request to move the whole soil stack 5 feet to an exterior wall. Very happy with the work. An additional nicety was they had a "build back" guy (Chad) they had available to restore surfaces and paint. Very convenient. Finally, all projects have hiccups... mishaps can happen but I am glad to say Owen was very fair and reasonable to deal with. Overall I highly recommend Henco. I have already recommended them to multiple neighborhood friends. Everyday I use the plumbing I smile."

"Wow, what a find!! Colin offered immediate service, was VERY professional and friendly, knowledgeable for work needed done and was quick and thorough with the job. He even discovered another problem that was previously unknown and quickly fixed that problem as well without charging more. The work area was spotless when he was done. His prices were VERY competitive and I strongly suggest using him when needed as I will do with any future needs!"

"I called Pipesmith (Kent) on a day when the temperature suddenly dropped to 12 degrees and the water supply to our house stopped. I suspected a frozen pipe somewhere and called Kent. Driving conditions were potentially dangerous, but Kent agreed to come and investigate our situation. He quickly identified the issue (a pipe exposed by the neighboring construction) and defrosted it. We had water back on within an hour of his arrival on a day when the other plumbing companies I called refused to come out due to poor driving conditions. I commend Kents dedication to fixing our problem and will use him in the future."

"I can tell you that the service and the quality of the work done in our home was beyond exception! John and Kaden showed up on schedule if not slightly before they said they would and prepared the work place with drop cloths to protect our floors from the front door to the bathroom. They communicated everything and asked questions to determine our highest needs. They met the challenges that inevitably come up with precision and worked with my husband to trouble shoot and address them with speed. Their plumber showed up with in half an hour and fixed the problem.Once they had completed the work each of the two days they cleaned up and you could not tell they had even been here except for the beautiful and functional shower that now sits in place of our old tub that was there. Very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the plumbing connections and installation. A follow up service call was needed to install a check valve on the cold water supply.
