"We had a stopped up toilet in our duplex rental in early February. We were notified at 3 pm. I researched plumbers in our area a replacement for our usual plumber who was unavailable. I called WyattWorks Plumbing and spoke with Shawnica who calmed me down, was friendly and professional. They were able to come out that evening. Ryan made short work of the blockage and our tenants were thrilled. When we had a blocked toilet in our home and a slightly leaking hot water faucet, we again contacted Shawnica. She told us that she'd keep in touch with us, which she actually did! Bryan Barnes came first thing Monday morning and was a great person to work with. He inspected everything and gave us 4 options to choose from which went from repairing the toilet and replacing the faucet so it would work to replacing the toilet & the faucets. We chose to repair the toilet and replace the aqua seal faucet but not the lines & hardware (another project). Bryan had everything repaired and running in an hour. He was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He did a great job on the plumbing part as well as cleaning up. Shawnica, was wonderful as well she was great about working with us to schedule the appointments. We will not use our usual plumbing company (who we have used for several years) again but we will use WyattWorks for all of our plumbing needs and we would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs as well!!"

"Couldn't have been happier under the circumstances. Friendly responsive office staff and professional, friendly, skilled plumber. Fair price. Not the lowest, but considering how well everything went, it was well worth it. Actually, in that light, it was a bit lower than I might have guessed. I made an online request to three different companies late last night for an urgent plumbing situation. This morning at 7:20am, the office called and got me on the schedule. The work is now completed, good experience, and as of now at 5:10pm, neither of the other two companies has even called me back. That says a lot."

In fact he saved me money by telling me what didn t need done! I have a full house renovation that was built in 1947 with all original plumbing and drains. He installed whole house PEX plumbing, all new drains, ran new gas lines inside and outside for a pool heater, and installed a hot water heater. He also was able to do work the other plumbers were hesitant to do, such as replace our water meter where the water main comes into the house. The work was done very well in the efficient timeframe he estimated. He also gave us sound guidance on how to prioritize our future work and what it would involve. All workers were professional in appearance, polite, and very friendly. He was also extremely flexible working around our concrete contractor who inconveniently show up to pour a new sidewalk the same day he was here to complete this huge job. I have only praise for his customer service and not one complaint. I just found my plumber for all future projects! I m just thrilled."

"My sewer line was clogged I contacted an organization that came to my house they snake my drain they got their snake stuck in my drain and instead of staying and try to retrieve the snakeThey cut it off in my drain it appeared that I would have to dig up my front yard I contacted Allen drain spoke with the owner and he advised that he would send someone out first they were able to get the snake out of my drain and clear my line.Allen drain is a first class organization and I would recommend them for any plumbing services that you need"

Chris M. arrived at my home and was professional, knowledgable, straight forward, and friendly. He quoted me fair prices to install a new toilet and new kitchen faucet, both of which I had previously purchased independently and had at home ready to install. I was very happy that he was able to complete the installs that day. He also fixed a minor leak below a bathroom sink. All around a great experience!
