"BEST PLUMBER ON THE GULF COAST ASK FOR CHUCK"

"Pipedex sent an estimator to my home within 2 hours of my call. Estimate was very reasonable and they started working two days later. Sergeo was an excellent plumber, everything was cleaned up and he even tested the pool shower, ensuring everything was working. Highly Recommend Pipedex !!! Larry D. Barker, Colonel US Army (ret)"

"Next plumbing did an excellent job completing work in about 1 hour. Plumber was very knowlegable and answered all our questions.Communication from home office was excellent as well keeping us informed about arrival of plumber."

"Things I loved - no up-charge for having a weekend emergency. The gentleman who came was on time and very polite. Things I did not love - there was a bit of confusion between the price I was told on the phone and the price the plumber billed. When I shared that, he immediately apologized and changed it - but since he never gave me an estimate and the one I had came from a phone call, I didn't care for that moment. As far as "rating the work quality" - it seems fine. I called because I don't know much about plumbing. Assuming the work all holds up beyond a day or two, it seemingly will have been fine work quality. But it all seems good and it was in the end a very fair price - and I would call them again."

"VT Plumbing and Drain are very knowledgeable, friendly, and always on time. I have hired them multiple times for different needs and they are always budget friendly and provide quality work. Jenny is very nice and professional and Eric and Todd are thorough, explain in detail of the issue and the best way to resolve it. They are trustworthy and are my forever plumbers."

"This company was awesome. They listen to what we said about the clogged pipe, came out the next day (called them after 5:00 pm), service was excellent, and the price was VERY reasonable. We already had a quote from another company, and they were twice the price, I would highly recommend Kelly's Plumbing to everybody. Thank you!!!!"

"If you want a trustworthy, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable plumbing service this is the company to call. Undoubtedly the best in the area"

"We are extremely pleased with our shower installation. Our home was built in 1947 and the plumbing was horrible. Ocala Baths rerouted the plumbing and installed the new shower. Extremely professional installation, done in a timely manner. They kept the appointment times. We had no complaints at all. We would gladly refer this company for any projects. In these days and times we find very few companies we can give this high a recommendation for!"

"It went very well.  I was relieved when  the leak was located because the plumber I called  couldn't find the exact source.
I called on Saturday 2/16 and left  a message, within the space of  5minutes I received a  return call.  I was unable to get an appointment immediately because they were extremely busy.  I asked when was the earliest appointment and was told on Monday but she would have to check the schedule.  She said that she would call me back after that.  Withing 2 minutes she called back with the appointment time.  Service call was $300.00 (regardless if it was the weekend, during regular hours, or after hours).
The service tech Dominic called me about 10 minutes before the appointment time and said that he  was running an hour behind and was on his way.  He explained all when he was completing the work.  The cost of the repair was steep $250.00 but I was given a $50.00 discount on the pricing..  Total bill $500.00 and peace of mind.
