His price seemed reasonable and it was nothing compared to Horizon (stay away from them!). I have had different plumbers "fix" this issue and they keep leaving me with a problem not solved. "Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. "Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
