"Call in about the need for a plumber at 11:45 AM and it was repaired by 2:30 PM. Other companies couldn't get to me for 2-3 days. Thanks!"

"We had Kelton & Bobby as our service team. After owning 6 homes and 3 different restaurant businesses and needing plumbing help on multiple occasions. These two by far, were the most well-groomed and polite plumbers we ever had. They were absolutely the most informative and helpful with our situation than all others combined, we have used plumbing services locally and nationwide. You will get honest options and excellent work for your situation, if you use the camera option you will fully understand and see what their suggestions are about. As well, as the recommendations to rectify any possible future issues, you may possibly experience. We cannot imagine that these two are the only two like this with this company, which speaks volumes for The Plumbing Authority as a company. This tells us that the company takes care of their people and shows a fantastic work/customer-service culture. That Kelton & Bobby demonstrates with pride, so well. These guys actually work for you with doing the best job possible on the situation you are in, which tells you they are not just punching a time card and actually take pride in the work they do for you. We will never even consider using another company in this area again."

"Kelton was excellent at reviewing the quote and providing options for what were my priorities without over selling their service. My decision to opt for the full supply line re-plumb was the correct way to go. Timeless of appointments was excellent. Explaining the project was excellent. Clean up of project was excellent. Will keep them as my 5 Star plumber in the Maynardville TN area."

"SMK plumbing did a great job for me with a whole house water re-plumbing & main water line from the street. The team was efficient, professional, and polite. Job was started and completed in one day. They even moved the whole house shut off and pressure valve to a very easy to get to location."

"Jim was very thorough. He came when he said he would which was quickly and on Sunday. He did extra things that would improve my issue. I would highly recommend Jim for your plumbing needs."

"Nathan was great. If I had any plumbing problems heâ s the guy I would call. I have even given his business cards to my friends."

"Johnathon rescued us immediately from a flooding situation to replace a gas water heater. He is a professional that handles everything efficiently and effectively. His work is excellent! This is the second time he came for an urgent situation. We are highly recommending him. Johnathon is the best plumber we’ve ever had in 26 years!! We will always call Johnathon Marsh, Master plumber, owner of Proflow"

"I had a plumbing emergency very prompt about coming out and fixing problem. While fixing my outdoor broken main pipe Mr Rooter tech discovered a break in my natural gas line and promptly called city utilities to fix problem even staying to show city workers where leak located on Mr. Rooter camera. This was on a federal holiday too. I had smelled gas leaks for several months prior and so had my next door neighbor. We both called the city utilities several times to report gas smell and nothing was done to fix problem by city workers.. But when city workers saw camera pictures they couldn't argue and fixed gas leak. Mr. Rooter tech went beyond what would be expected of a plumber."
