"Installed water softener and a gas line for a stove. In past, I used Rodney to do several other major plumbing jobs. If you want a plumber that s honest, reasonable and exceptionally knowledgeable, Rodney is your guy! I found countless people claim to be plumbers, and talk a great game. This guy is the real deal!!"

"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Mike from United Plumbers installed a tankless water heater, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mike and his crew did an awesome job! They worked quickly, efficiently, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project. The installation was flawless, and to top it off, the cost was the best I found. I highly recommend Mike and his team for any plumbing needs—you won’t be disappointed!"

"Work Performed June 12, 2019 This was my first time looking for a truly real, qualified plumber, because I could no longer trust the work of pseudo plumbers. I had a busted indoor basement pipeline that connected to an outdoor spigot, that caused quite a bit of water damage in my basement, so I needed to find the best plumber, at a reasonable price, and a company that would apply the diagnostic charge to the total charge of the work done. I spent several hours researching plumbing companies, reviewed a great deal of customersâ reviews on each company, and I called a few that had the best reviews. One of my initial calls was to Archer Plumbing Company. The phone was answered promptly by Allan, a very pleasant man (a good sign). I explained what was going on, he asked a few questions, and was able to quote a ballpark figure of what it might cost. I told him I had to make a few more calls before I could decide on a company, but so far, they seemed to be the best, and met all my requirements. In the end, Archer Plumbing was the number one choice by far. I called Allan back and scheduled an appointment. The next day I called and changed the scheduled date to an earlier date, and Allan was very flexible and accommodating. Allan called on June 12, the scheduled date, to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. Chuck and Matthew arrived promptly. I was happy that they had shoe covers (thumbs up), so I didnâ t have to offer mine. Chuck was very knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. Both were very polite and pleasant. In addition to replacing the busted pipeline and spigot, they replaced the toilet fill valve in two toilet tanks, and Chuck gave me some general, helpful maintenance tips, as well as addressed a few of my concerns with future plumbing projects. I was very pleased that the cost was within the ballpark figure that Allan had quoted for the busted pipe repair. Needless to say, I highly recommend Archer Plumbing. First impression and experience are lasting! I admire their honesty and integrity. I have already recommended Archer Plumbing to my friends and family. This company exceeds customersâ expectations in all areas of service. They deliver Five Star Service, at a reasonable price, and they offer a one year warranty on their work. Archer Plumbing has gained a new loyal customer. Blessings on the company! Cynthia O"

"He came he looked around. He knew exactly what was going on. He came back with the right equipment and he fixed the job that he guaranteed he could do and he did what no other plumber that I had out here was able to get the job done and I had three other plumbers that was not able to get the job done like he did. He was able to get the job done in a few hours. He was very professional very nice courteous and I highly recommend him and if I ever have any more plumbing backup or any issues, I would definitely definitely hire him again and I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends because he is the guy who promises and guarantees and he carries out his promises and he works with you❣️❣️"

"Highly recommend Nathan’s work! He installed my water heater and was professional, personable, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand. His pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. I’ll definitely be using him again for any plumbing needs I have in the future and would refer him to others!"

"Taylor Thibodeau was wonderful! He assessed the situation, explained the options and gave me the cost. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He worked all afternoon removing and installing my water heater. He wore the booties and put them on the wheels of the dolly to protect my carpet. He cleaned up when he was finished. Added bonus, Amazon delivered two heavy boxes while he was here, and knowing I recently had shoulder surgery, he carried the boxes up my stairs for me! He moved furniture back in place. I highly recommend. Schneller also offers a 10 year warranty on cost and labor! I would have given a better rating on value of the cost, but I have no idea what the cost should be. Side note, I waited from 8am to noon for another plumbing company (whose name sounds happy). I finally called around 2:30 pm, and was told the plumber was delayed!! A phone call would have been nice! So I decided not to use them."

FAQs for plumbing projects in Mason, OH

Schedule a plumbing inspection every one to two years to ensure your system is in good working order. Regular inspections can help you catch minor issues before they become costly problems, like major water damage repairs. You should also consider a plumbing inspection when buying or selling a home or if you notice signs of a plumbing issue. Staying proactive with maintenance can save you money and stress in the long run.

A plumbing inspection for a standard one-story to two-story home takes between two and three hours. For larger residences, historic homes, or rental complexes, a complete inspection requires a full-day commitment of eight hours. However, this does not account for any necessary repairs that your plumber might find, so it’s best to set aside additional time during the inspection in case an unexpected repair comes up.

When built with quality materials, your plumbing system endures for decades. CPVC, brass, iron, and steel provide reliable service for 50 to 70 years, while copper extends durability up to 100 years, and PEX maintains performance for 80 to 100 years. Maintaining this system with regular inspections and prompt repairs guarantees long-term efficiency.

You should repipe your home when your plumbing exceeds its expected lifespan or uses hazardous materials like lead, polybutylene, or galvanized steel. Persistent leaks, corrosion, and compromised water quality signal that your existing piping no longer meets safety standards. Repiping eliminates potential health risks and prevents extensive water damage.
