"Walter did a great job. He came to our house as scheduled. He even called to say he was going to be a little late as another job was taking him longer than planned. He came on a Saturday at no extra charge on his rates.
I was aware of what was causing the leak and what it would take to repair the leak by checking it on a self repair site on the internet. I felt the job was a little above my level of expertise so we called a plumber.
Walter did only the work that was required and his price was astonishingly fair. He is a licensed master plumber (we checked) who is self employed. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend his services.

"Very professional. Jeromy wore a mask. He was polite and cleaned up the area after the install. I have a Choice Home Warranty and called them for the plumbing repairs. All i had to pay was a contractor service fee. In the future if i need a plumber i will ask for the Company OSP Plumbing in the Henderson/ Las Vegas Nevada area and ask for Jeromy."

"I called NE Renovations to book a plumber to come to my house to assess a water leak. I left a voice mail message and Richard returned my phone call within the hour. I explained my problem to him, he stated that they could definitely help me, and he came out the house the following morning. Richard assessed the situation, determined that it appeared to be an isolated pressure leak issue, adjusted the drain hose to the washer, and told me that he did not believe the problem would happen again. He stated that if it did, he could send someone out immediately. Richard was correct and the problem has not happened again I really appreciate Richard's prompt response. I appreciate, even more, his honest response. He did not try to "create a job" for his company where one was not really needed. Richard did not charge me anything for his visit and time at my house checking out the leak and adjusting the drain hose. Richard was very professional and friendly. I intend on booking his company for some additional work around the house. I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend him."
