I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. "Awesome service!  I called Advanced Plumbing for the first time around midnight when I had a water spewing from a pipe behind my water heater.  I spoke with John who was there within 15 minutes of me calling.  He replaced the pipe and fixed the leak within 30 minutes.  I was worried about it being considered an emergency call and costing more, but he doesn't charge extra for emergency calls.  Great guy and great company!  Highly recommended!!
