"Paul was absolutely fantastic. I had a main sewer line clog backing up into my basement. Paul came out, knew exactly where to access the main line, and cleared the blockage quickly with professional equipment. He pulled out a ton of buildup and completely fixed the issue the right way — not just a temporary patch. On top of that, he was honest, explained everything clearly, and saved me over $400 compared to other plumbing companies told me I would’ve had to pay. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. No upselling, no nonsense — just solid work. If you need a plumber who actually gets the job done, Paul is your guy. Highly recommend and will definitely call him again."

"All of the people I dealt with at A.D.B. were very professional. The only issue was when I asked for references. The woman I spoke to said she would contact prior clients to make sure I could contact them. A week and a half later I was told that they do not give out clients names. If I was told that originally, I could have had the work started sooner. But the workers were quite knowledgeable. And answered all of the questions that I had. One reason I hired them is because their license is with the DEEP. The other estimates I received, those companies had licenses with the state as plumbers. I just felt that they may have had more knowledge on how to tackle the job. And another bonus is that the contract includes a one year guarantee. Not that expect I will need to call them back but it is good peace of mind. Overall, a great experience."

"This was a small project to convert a second outside faucet from town water to well water. Plumber and assistant, both friendly and polite, arrived two hours late because of a very difficult job prior to mine which took much longer than anticipated. I was called and made aware of that fact. That was not a problem for me because my job was small and not urgent. The work was completed in about an hour from start to finish. The work is high quality and well done. Cleanup was complete. Cost was surprisingly good at only $214 total; much less then the original estimate. This company is HIGHLY recommended! Thanks guys! Great job!"

"the plumber was honest and clear in describing the work that needed to be done and worked cleanly."

"I was in desperate need of a plumber. I was doing a DIY remodel and had a strict deadline. Demo was done and I got to a point where I was not experienced or confident enough to do. Mike should up the next morning and layed new pipes for shower and hooked up new shower pan and drain within 3 or so hrs. I was thrilled! He saved me and I'm able to finish on time! Wife is happy. Thanks Mike"

"The Water Heater Medic responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes. We spoke and confirmed a price and installation/removal for 2 hours later as the had the heater we wanted in stock. Fast, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them."

"They cut out the old dry wall, removed any and all mold, then replaced the dry wall, placed a tub and shower unit, they had their plumber come in and adjust our piping and install our new shower head and tub faucet all within 6-7 hrs. The installers were very nice, respectful, polite young men-- I would 10/10 recommend this company!!"

"The representative (plumber named Joey) was very courteous, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I found the company's pricing for the needed repair to be way too high."

"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. Bruce and Bill clearly like what they do for a living, have great people skills and work very well together. I was able to get the very best of products and still come well under budget. I cannot thank these guys enough! Honest, Professional and Reliable! My dusty, unfinished basement with my new Viessmann boiler, Carlin burner and HTP indirect fired water heater is now my favorite part of the house!"

"Benjamin Franklin was great to work with. They were quick to respond to my Angi request. They came the next day to provide a quote for installing our water filter and conditioner. When that was accepted They started the job immediately. The whole project was done within 24 hours of my Angi post. Jaime C. Was our technician. His work was impeccable. The end result was better than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing."
