"James was extremely responsive. He was able to come over an hour after we called and it was a Sunday! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to start investigating the issue. He explained everything to my husband and I and showed us exactly where the clog was. James fixed the problem and made sure to clean everything up before he left.
