As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

They executed the work quickly and efficiently and offered additional service which at this time we did not order. "Nice man, professional, knowledgeable and competent.  Spent about an hour and an half diagnosing the problem and fixing it without getting a new pump.  Gave the sense of sincerely trying to avoid getting a new pump by eliminating all causes of the symptoms of the failure of the water to drain.   I originally anticipated a number of days to get the Washer looked at and fixed but I called at 3:00pm when the problem arose and as fortune would have it he was in the neighborhood, was at my home at 3:30pm and the Washer was up an running like new at 5:00pm.
