"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

However, there is not one AJ Perri plumber can tackle all the tasks without call on other groups to resolve differences plumbing issues."

He guarantees his work for 30 days with a clogged drain, well he ended up coming back yesterday and he came when he said he would and he completely fixed the problem. he was very professional and honest and didn't charge me for coming back to fix the issue. "QNC HVAC was extremely responsive. The guys came over within an hour of me calling them. They had the proper tools and knowledge of the work required. They executed the work quickly and efficiently and offered additional service which at this time we did not order. The blockage was found removed and the guys cleaned up the area and left on great terms. I would call QNC again if I had a plumbing issue."

"Nice man, professional, knowledgeable and competent.  Spent about an hour and an half diagnosing the problem and fixing it without getting a new pump.  Gave the sense of sincerely trying to avoid getting a new pump by eliminating all causes of the symptoms of the failure of the water to drain.   I originally anticipated a number of days to get the Washer looked at and fixed but I called at 3:00pm when the problem arose and as fortune would have it he was in the neighborhood, was at my home at 3:30pm and the Washer was up an running like new at 5:00pm.
Will definitely call first for any other problem with my appliances in the future without hesitation.

Steve spent a lot of time continuing to inspect the work throughout the project to ensure everything was spot on and a good amount of time and energy sanitizing and scrubbing our basement. When they finished they left our basement in immaculate pristine bone-dry condition. Not only did they do a great job Waterproofing but I received a lot of great recommendations: dehumidifiers and renovation references. After the job was completed, he continued to answer all my questions days later.
