"John called as soon as I started my project in Home Advisor. His estimate over the phone was the lowest of four by close to $100. He seemed to know the exact problem I explained. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Michael called to let me know he will be on time if not early. He was 25 minutes early and got right to work. Within the hour he was done, as anticipated. The cost was toward the lower end of the estimate John gave. And the work was done and once again my tub drained! I know who I am calling for all my plumbing stuff now."

"Don't hesitate in doing business with Ben and Water Heaters America. My experience was a call one day and hot water the next. An extremely fair price for a repair that others would recommend doing a full, much more costly replacement."

They let us know what clogged the toilet in our basement, and then went above and beyond to repair it. I will definitely be reaching out to them with any plumbing issues for my home in the future. Highly recommended..."

"Nova VC does great quality work with attention to detail. They are very professional, efficient and reliable. Their pricing is fair and competitive. I would highly recommend them for any home renovation project."

"I called Day and Evening last night on the strength of the reviews here and on a local Facebook Forum. I spoke with Steve who told me they could be here today. He and his associate, Jeff arrived when they said they would; listened to my description of the problem and immediately identified the problem. They had the necessary part on their truck; swapped it out for the bad one on my washer; and I was back in business in a matter of minutes. Their fee was fair. I'm glad to recommend them to others who need appliance repair and I certainly will call them again if I need their services."
