"Very pleasant. Took his time to inspect the problem and come up with an appropriate solution. Completed the work for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and will hire him if there is a future plumbing repair."

"Dekedron advised me on how best to fix a leak issue I had in my bathroom, he was extremely fair and thorough. When he came to repair, he was fast and professional. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat!"

"Jesse was really wonderful - knowledgeable, understanding, and he had all of the necessary tools to get the job done. Our job required some snaking of pipes, and he also had a camera to put through the pipes to make sure that everything was clear. We appreciated Drain & Main's responsiveness to our request (same day), their friendliness, and their expeditious 'get it done' attitudes. We highly recommend Drain & Main Plumbing Co."

"I hired Bennett to replace my gas water heater. He was prompt and thorough when he came out to give me a quote, he made sure I knew all my different options, and he helped me understand the reasons behind suggestions he made. Things that gave me confidence in Bennett were that he listened well, leaned on his network of experienced plumbers to get a second opinion on a tricky setup, was extremely fair with his pricing, and in the end his recommendation was a replacement-in-kind rather than an upgrade since it was more in line with my needs, which showed me that he put the customer first! Great experience working with Bennett overall."

"Nick and his team were amazing. We had our bathroom remodeled and they went above and beyond to make it beautiful. What I most appreciated about working with them was how professional, communicative and respectful they were. Our family loves our new bathroom and I would absolutely hire Nick again for future projects."
