"Joe is great - showed up on time every day, was efficient and informative. He completed a re-pipe of our entire house, from polybutylene to PEX piping. Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". Joe shrugged it off like no big deal, but it was a big deal to us and we have commented on it a number of times since he left :) We will definitely hire Joe again for any future plumbing/repair needs and are very glad to have found him as a service provider."

Perfect. He then looked at the spigot on the porch and dismantled it and tried to loosen it. He offered that as a no cost option to a much bigger job. He told me to let him know if I decided later to go with the bigger job. The total cost for the visit and repairs was very reasonable.
