They were able to come out a few days after the call - in the middle of the pandemic - and replaced the faucet with only minor complications. "Alliance is a great plumbing company . The only glitch I had is when my job was entered in their system it didn’t get sent to the tech so no one showed up at my scheduled time. When i called they sent someone right over. The person they sent was great and assessed the problem quickly by cutting a few small holes in my ceiling. My upstairs bathtub was leaking and needed a new drain and overflow kit. The plumber was able to do it from A small hole directly under tub. This repair was nearly $1000 so if you are handy you should try the repairs yourself. I would recommend them for any plumbing repairs."
