"Thank you, to the gentleman from Eric's Plumbing who crawled underneath my house so I could have cold water and an crushed ice from my refrigerator. They even came a week sooner than I was originally quoted. Very happy with the job. Thank you guys!"

"Arrived ON TIME! took me to pick up the shower heads from local store and came back to install both. Decided to replace the other shower head while he was here. In all my 45 years of dealing with plumbers, electricians, etc. this is the FIRST one I would give a full 5 stars to."

"Skilled plumber, did the job quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after himself. Will call them whenever I have plumbing issues."

"Jason responded quickly to my project request on Angi to clear our main drain. He and Damian used a camera to show us the years of buildup causing the clog and discovered a damaged joint where tree roots had worked their way into the pipe. They wasted no time getting our drains back in working order. They also scheduled a follow-up visit to replace the damaged joint and the section of pipe affected by the roots. I appreciate their prompt response, excellent service, and professionalism, and I’m glad we found them!"

"Albert Kycyku has restored my faith in using a professional from Home Advisors! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I also appreciated the fact that once he quoted me a price, he did not change it during our conversation. It was a little before 2:00 p.m. on 1/22/19 when we spoke. Believing that it was too late to schedule for the same day, I told him I wanted to schedule the work for 1/23/19. He told me he could come that day and we agreed on a time which was approximately an hour and a half later. While texting him my contact information, Albert called me and told me that the plumber was about ten minutes from my house and could come then. I told him that I needed to move things from under my bathroom cabinets so the plumber could work under there, and he assured me that I did not have to move anything and said that the plumber would move everything out of the way, and put them back in place. This took him and his company up another notch in my estimation of them! Francisco was the plumber that came. He was very pleasant, neat, professional, and very well mannered! Manners in our society today is almost as extinct as the dinosaurs! He focused on what he was doing and did not waste time or goof off. It was nothing short of a miracle to actually have a professional come to my house for a project and not stay on their cell phones 80% of the time on personal calls. I will definitely be using Rotor Man Orlando for all my plumbing needs, and highly recommend Rotor Man Orlando for your plumbing needs as well. To Albert and Francisco, keep up the good work!"

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

"The plumber with Roto-Rooter was Jonathan who worked about 3 hours or more and did a great job. Work is guaranteed for 1 year. Price was a bit high $1100"

"Benjamin Franklin plumbing did an excellent job removing my old Cast iron plumbing and replacing it with PVC plumbing. They were very courteous and I especially liked Norman who did the estimate for the job and Ryan the lead plumber. Very nice plumbers. I would recommend them to others for their plumbing needs. Thanks so much! Rhonda Martin"

"What a great job you have done, my bathroom was a mess because the toilet was broken and you arrived and cleaned everything so easily, I was surprised. And the way in which they explained the procedure to me and installed the new toilet was so precise and fast that I have recommended them to my friends and family."

"Shawn was very professional and thoroughly explained the project to resolve our plumbing issue."
