The project entailed ripping out an existing shower and tile walls that had been damaged by water penetration and installation of new tile and shower. The project also involved an electrician and plumber to install a fan and ductwork and to relocate the drain and replace fixtures. "Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. "Arrived on time. Performed work in a professional manner. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."

"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
