He accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. What stood out was his thoroughness. He kept working until the line was fully cleared, then tested everything multiple times. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Everything was done the right way — no shortcuts and no upselling, just a straightforward and professional approach. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes the time to do the job right and makes sure everything is fully working before leaving. The issue has been completely resolved. "Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND! When PSE&G determined my Rheem tankless hot water heater was not repairable (I have the Worry-Free Plan from them) I then looked for a plumber to do the installation of the new one. It was still under warranty so I was given a new one from Rheem and just needed it installed. After speaking directly with 3 local plumbers and getting an approximate cost I went to Angi and spoke with 3 from there. I went with LAMCO (from Angi) for the following reasons: 1. their estimate was similar to several others and lower than a few of the crazy high ones 2. they replied quickly to all my inquiries 3. they were able to work with me in next day #3 was huge as I have a family of 4 without hot water and an autistic son. I had them do other plumbing needs while they were there- very reasonable for the other things as well."
