"Scott McCloskey and his team at Mount Valley Foundation Services provided a great crawl space repair quote for some of our existing termite and moisture damage and settlement remediations. Best work proposal I have received. Scott went to extra lengths to make sure we were confident in the repairs and spent a lot of time fielding our questions."

"We had a wonderful experience with Plumbing Services. We were contacted immediately and responded to promptly. We scheduled our service and the job started on schedule. The service was very thorough and we appreciated the owner taking the time to explain the process and advise us on good preventative maintenance measures. We are were very satisfied with the work and discussed a future service call. We were very appreciative of of his suggestions for the future project. Below, the review asks for the price of the job and it is listed. I think it is worth noting to consider the company’s drive time to us as well as the multiple jobs performed. It was a near two hour drive to get to our home for the company and the price is reflected. Overall, we would and do plan to work with this company again."

"Vortex Filtration Inc is a excellent company with vast experience & knowledge in conditioning potable well water. I recommend Vortex Filtration Inc to design build and install their patented Vortex water system to solved all well water conditioning issues. My client had a problem for over tens years prior to the installation of the Vortex system. Once installed, the well water in the holding tank was crystal clear. Thanks Vortex!"

"I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. I would recommend these two workers anytime for any type of assistance. Please extend our thanks to these two men again for us, John & Linda Sutton"

"When we initially reserved our moving date with Grant, he walked us through the entire process and made EVERYTHING easy. I always dreaded moving; however, Grant, his two employees Lindsey and Dontae, moved quickly and cleared our apartment in about 90 mins. Budget Pro Movers handled our things with care and even re-assembled our furniture. They even assisted us with minor handy-man fixups & hardware issues. Most importantly, as stated in the name, Budget Pro Movers is way more affordable than competitors in the area."

"I described my leaking problem with the new Home Depot shower to him and Joe Pokorski made an appointment to come look at the shower that day. He said that the shower from Home Depot did not fit the dimensions of our bathroom. Being 20 years old, our house was not perfectly plumb. The Home Depot glass surrounds are all made the same size and are equipped with sealers to make up for the difference in home measurements. Our previous shower was a fiberglass, total unit that fit into the space, whatever the measurements of the room. I was disappointed that our beautiful tile and glass shower renovation was a leaky mess when used.
Since I didn't want to throw good money after bad trying to fix something that was unworkable, I asked how much it would cost to get a custom fitted surround. I held my breath since we had just finished remodeling and could do nothing extravagant. The price he quoted was not too much. Joe said that since they cut their own glass, he could sell at a cheaper price.
Joe Pokorski made another appointment to come measure the shower surround within 2 days. After measuring, he said that it would take 10-12 days for the glass to be put in the lineup and cut. After 12 days, he called to make an appointment to install the surround. It was a work of art, cut at 45 degree angles to pivot both ways. Since the shower was small, the water hit mainly on the door and ran down instead of hitting the shower floor first. Joe came out to make any adjustments needed so that the door was as water tight as an aquarium when the shower was running. We were very pleased, not only with the outcome, but the timely service and the polite, knowledgeable attitude of Mr. Pokorski.

"Great group of guys that seem to value their work and making the customer happy."
It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
