"My husband went outside to fix the leaking spicket, but it broke completely off the house. He had to turn the water off and go to Lowe's for the correct materials. The guy that hepled him there gave him the wrong information and when he got home, he couldn't get the spicket on correctly. I, in the meantime, came in and called the first plumbing company that said they couldn't help us as he was going out of town with his family and told me to call Garrett's, which I did. I told them I was hearing banging on the outside and I was sure that wasn't good, so they said they would have someone come out within an hour or hour and a half. They called back a couple of times to make sure we were ok, which we were, and sent out a gentleman who was on call. He got here and told my husband to go back into the house and he would take care of everything. He did. The only bad thing was it was a Friday evening and we had to pay time and a half. This was the start of our beloved vacation nightmare."
