"Innovative, basement authority was referred to us. JP came to our home and did the free inspection. He was very thoughtful and professional. He provided us with a quote for installing of inside drain system , new sump pump and air filtration system. We were pleased with the description and details of the products suggested. "One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself. Which gives a soft
and flowing water sound near the small deck.
The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look. It was also accomplished as per estimate of
time and cost. They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
time.
We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Great customer service, knowledgeable installers, and measuring guy. Sales guy was a little green, and I felt he was commission hungry. Ultimately I downsized the project work being done through MN Rusco to just a shower tear out/install because of the quote on the shower install. I finished the rest of the bathroom myself."

"They couldn't deliver, they specified items that after months of waiting, they could never deliver. In the mean time, they directed me to have plumbing rough and done, and then when they couldn't deliver the system for which the plumbing was done, I now have to spend several thousand dollars having the plumbing redone for another system that I found out on my own. The design was okay, some of their ideas were spot on, some of them were way off but ultimately they just couldn't deliver after holding $10,000 of my money for over 2 months. I am currently in a dispute with them with American Express because they still haven't credited me back the money I paid them to purchase things that they never delivered."
