We also had a problem with a smelly sink but we were disappointed that he didn't investigate it thoroughly. He looked at it briefly and found something with the dishwasher filter (which according to the dishwasher's manufacturer is normal) but didn't investigate it further and the smell is still there. When we looked online about what to do about a smelly sink one of the suggestions was to call a plumber, so we did, but that didn't work. The biggest reason for the lower rating is that when he presented the invoice there was an added trip charge of $97. When I called to setup the appointment they said there was an hourly fee plus a charge for materials but nobody mentioned a trip charge. A $97 trip charge is a lot of money. Had I known that I would have called someone else."

"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

"We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! The gentleman Joe that he sent did an amazing job, very kind, efficient and professional. A few hours later we had hot water and 2 days later we had our inspection from the city.
