"A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. Tell them to send Daniel Westereng and he will do a fantastic job!"

"Alex with 805 Plumbing was quick to respond to our request for help with our septic system. He offered options for us to deal with the problem, and allowed me to watch as he diagnosed our situation with the use of a camera. I never felt pressure to take a path that would be more expensive, and every step of the way I was kept informed of what he had discovered. "HONEST. Licensed. Reliable. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Communicative. Competent. Great value. Lonnie is all these things. I have used Lonnie several times: 1) plumbing repipe an en entire house 2) install new water heaters in two different houses 3) run sewer cameras in four different houses 4) pressure jetted sewer lines in three different houses 5) re-routed furnace gas lines 6) multiple smaller jobs I use Lonnie for my plumbing jobs because I trust him. I simply call him, explain what needs to be done. He provides me a very competitive quote, He starts the job quickly, keeps me updated on progress or if any unexpected issues arise. The job is done competently on a timely basis. Cleanup is thorough. Even after all my dealings with him, I am still surprised AND impressed with how responsive he is to my phone calls and texts . I know it can be stressful finding a plumber.that is trustworthy. I have already done the hard part for you.
