"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. "I had a clogged sewer main and needed someone ASAP. After contacting Home Advisor Craig from All Jersey Plumbing called back within 2 minutes of my submission. First impressions mean a lot to me and Craig was professional, well spoken and fit me in after the call he was on. They arrived on time and kept me updated during the call he was currently on. He put on booties to protect our carpets and was very careful not to damage anything and keep the mess to a minimum. He laid down tarps, brought in paper towels, towels and deodorizer. He was thoroughly prepared and absolutely professional. After jetting out the drain (I highly recommend this over just snaking it) he ran a camera through all the way to the street. He showed and explained everything along the way. Thankfully everything looked good and he even went the extra length to run a cleaning head through the line to get it extremely clean. I m certain this main hasn t been this clean since it was installed. Total peace of mind now. I feel that Craig s price was extremely fair for the amount of work he did and would recommend him to everyone. His helper was conscientious and polite as well. This guy is a smart, personable and very capable business man who knows how to treat a customer. I m totally impressed."

Our faucet set up is not standard, so we bought a replacement that matched the existing set up to facilitate the repair. They were able to come out a few days after the call - in the middle of the pandemic - and replaced the faucet with only minor complications. The repair was relatively quick and the price was fair and in line with the average for this area. I definitely recommend them and will call them again next time I need plumbing work done!"
