He accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. What stood out was his thoroughness. He kept working until the line was fully cleared, then tested everything multiple times. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. "After dealing with two plumbing companies from HomeServ, my issue was still not resolved. I started calling around to other plumbers in area to fix my shower and give me an estimate to actually resolve the pipe issues I was having. After a few calls, no shows, and exaggerating quotes from others, Rojas company came and was honest about the work. Not sure if it was because they saw the frustration and exhaustion on my face but they told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable.
