"We got estimates from multiple companies. Although Advanced wasn't the cheapest their pricing was very competitive. We chose them because of the way Bill treated us. He came out multiple times to review the job even on a weekend! I felt that he was very honest as compared to some of the other companies we considered. He also did not trash talk the competition, which the others did. He was very to-the-point and did not try to oversell or high pressure us. My wife and I also felt like the people working their phones where super friendly and helpful, which was another reason we decided to go with them. We were very concerned about our septic lines being busted. Their team was great. They were on time, ready-to-work, polite, hard-working, and careful not to damage our underground plumbing. They also got the job done faster than expected and did not leave a mess. So far everything turned out great system is working and we are extremely satisfied with their work.
