Sergio arrived right on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. I was impressed that the replacement was a good quality faucet - the same that I would have used if doing the repair myself. Sergio was very professional and polite. "They were very good. I think it was okay, what they were trying to do is, I have this major plumbing issue in my house, and they were able to figure it out, and they fixed it, and it's okay. They ended up doing more work than we initially estimated. You can say I have a little experience with them, they have been to the house four times I believe. It ended up being like $4000 total because they had to excavate to reach the pipe, and then get it fixed, so that took some time and money, so I will say, all in all I paid $3000-$4000, is all the money I paid to them. I always think they can do cheaper, in the same aspect I was really happy, they were careful, they cleaned when they were done, you know, it was in a reasonable way, because of course I understand they don't want to mop the floors, I thought that everything was in a good enough condition after they were done, so I was able to finish cleaning and whatever else, but it was really okay. They fixed the issue. Their responsiveness was pretty good."

"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. "We used Joel from Illinois Sewer and Drain. Joel called me immediately after I filled out the online form and was out to my house in 2 hours. In 2 days I had his estimate, which was fair and of great value. When I told him we were going to hire him he scheduled us for the next day. Six guys were here all day and the job was done in a day and a quarter. Joel was professional, classy, friendly, fair and kind. So were the men who work for him. We were very impressed. My husband asked Joel to look at our sump pumps and a silcock that was dripping. The next day he was out and replaced 2 of our 3 sump pumps, (which were not working at all) and some piping and fixed the silcock. So, two days after he replaced our entire septic tank we had him out to replace two of our three sump pumps! So yes ! We would use him again! We are thrilled with his work and his knowledge and professionalism and will use him again for sure. We are so grateful that we found him. We called for estimates from three companies and one came out and was charging a hefty price to do and exploratory evaluation. One never called me back and he was the one we chose, He so prompt and so professional and so fair. So thankful that we found him."
