"I thought my outdoor spigot needed to be replaced. I thought it was leaking, but it was the hose that was more of the issue. I had an appointment set up with an estimator to come out. The morning of the appointment they called and asked if I would like a plumber to come out that way the work could be done the same day if I went with the quote. The plumber, Howard, checked the spigot and shut off valve, and removed the hose that was stuck on the spigot. He was very honest and did not try to sell me something I did not need. For that reason alone I will use them in the future for any plumbing issues. He gave me an estimate for the spigot and one for the shut off valve that seemed standard, in case I need to replace it in the future. They were very responsive as a business and honest, so I will use them in the future."

"The Pure Mechanical Technician showed up on time and went right to work. He explained every step to me as he proceeded. He was a pleasure to chat with throughout the process. An hour and a half later he was in his way and I was making hot water again. The plumbing inspector was very happy with the install and passed it pretty quick. He also explained the finer details of what he call a good install."

"Oscar was very responsive and came out based on being in the area already. As this is a problem our home has had in the past, it was nice to see a different perspective from our last plumber. Oscar was fair in his assessment and took an approach to the problem that was unique from our last plumber. This small difference resulted in less cost (no toilet removal) and less mess overall. He will definitely be the first call for our future Drain or Sewer issues, which I hope we don't have."

"They were amazing to work with.  They were very prompt and reasonably priced for the work we needed to get done.  They gave me an estimate same day to allow for a quick decision on our part.  Our plumber accidentally cut one of our new wires in the process of setting the plumbing, and Randy's was quick to come back out to fix the issue.  Also, their staff over the phone was always helpful and friendly to get things set up.  I will definitely be recommending them!

"As a person in the plumbing trades both new construction and service work I have come to appreciate the skills of someone who does a craft full time and is encouraged to develop skills to make it “their” full time occupation and career. Drain cleaning is part of maintaining a plumbing system. It is a craft different than installing and repairing plumbing but it is just as important to do it correctly. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. Great company that invests in training, retaining and having the equipment that their service people need to be efficient, productive and provide the services that they are being relied on to provide."

"We had a leaking sink faucet in the bathroom. Sandra at The Pleasant Plumber answered our call and scheduled us for a same-day evaluation. It wasn't an easy fix--the plumbing was 25 years old and there was some rusting and corrosion--but Chris, a Master Plumber, diagnosed the problem correctly and had it fixed for us, quickly and efficiently, the next morning. He was polite and genial--indeed pleasant! Pricing was reasonable. We recommend highly!"

"Once again Mike & Eric provided top notch service! They were on time, they put down protective coverings on my steps and over the flooring in my laundry room! They got the new water line & valve installed very quickly! My HVAC installer was very impressed with their work! Trowbridge Plumbing is the only plumber I will call for any of my Plumbing needs! Thanks again Mike & Eric!"

"We did wait a long time to get started but that was due to supply issues. Once the work started it was so fast and thorough. Josh, Leo and Blake were absolutely amazing and helpful. Josh went out of his way to take care of our needs and questions. They left our home neat and clean every evening and at the end of the project. We absolutely love our new bathroom."

"Underground did a great job of clearing the line and grinding the inner surface of the sewer pipe"
