"I couldn't be happier with Walter Brown. They gave a thorough inspection of the roof by walking it, clearly showing me the issues, and explaining any potential problems that could arrive. When we met to discuss the estimate, I was very appreciative that in addition to the estimate, they gave me a worst case scenario cost. For me, that kind of honesty made choosing Walter Brown a no-brainer. On the day of the job, a full crew of over 10 people came and worked hard getting the roof complete. They worked as a team and finished the roof in a day. Also, they answered all questions and did a thorough job cleaning up. A few hours after completing the roof, the ridge vent didn't look even to me, so when the site manager returned to pick up the dumpster, I asked him about it. He didn't like the look of either, called a few guys back, and replaced it at that time. Again, I was impressed that he was willing to re-do the ridge vent and that he re-did it at that time. "I have an old house and the roof needed a lot of work.  James came out and gave me an estimate that I agreed was fair.  He was able to get his crew out quickly.  They removed the old roof and gutters, repaired a damaged soffit, and was also able to remove and roof over a discarded chimney, when all I had originally asked for was to have it capped off.  They did a great job installing the new roof and gutters.  They did all the work that was promised to me and then some.  It looks great and should last for many years.  I am very pleased with the work they did.  I will not hesitate to use their services again, should I need them.
