"They were great.  Very pleasant and the pricing seems fair.  Each time I went it was a $99 flat fee for any work they needed to do with about half paid up front.  Everyone there seems knowledgeable and friendly and I completely trust them with my computer (and in turn personal information since it is on the computer).  I did a lengthy search for computer repair because I was worried about finding a place I could trust.  If you're the same, then I'd say this is your place.   <br /> I did give them a B in punctuality -- not because they have ever been late with my completed computer but because I would love it if they could move things along a little faster.  Each time I've been there, they've had my computer for about a week.  That seems to be the standard time frame as I believe they do a first-in-first-out type of process.   <br /> Overall though, VERY happy with their work and the price and will go back if I need any future repairs. <br />"
