(Repair issue was the mousepad "clicker" was sticking. Also asked that since computer would be opened up for him to put an additional RAM/memory chip in to speed it up. Again, the computer was repaired and back to me the NEXT DAY! Astounding. Finally, he has a great attitude: He listened to what you say and ask and answers in clear English. "They were helpful. Apparently my computer was working very slowly and after they went through their diagnostics, I think it was a remote, I think it worked a little better but it didn't quite work as well as I was hoping. I'm not going to say it's their fault or something else is going on in the computer. I don't use that computer much anymore but I don't necessarily blame them or if there are some more issues with our computer. They did tell me that what they can do remotely is limited and they have to take it in somewhere to get more done. They were pretty upfront about that. The price was fair. They responded within that day. The end result didn't meet my needs."

"I stopped in to Fixit Computer Services this morning as a last effort to repair my laptop. My laptop battery would not charge even though it would run off of the ac adapter. I had already spent 1.5 hrs. on the phone with dell and I was going to have to send in my laptop for most likely a motherboard flix. I was ready to purchase a new laptop when I decided to take it to Fixit Computer first. He tested my ac adapter but noticed the pin was broken so he tried his own compatible adapter and it charged my laptop. The only issue was the broken pin. Jim was extremely helpful and informative. I will definitely call him first in the future for any computer issues I have. He did not even charge me for the 15 min. evaluation!!! He saved me the cost of a new computer for a $20 fix!!!"

"The owner,  Chris Sweeney arrived at our home at the designated day and time to pick up our old computer. He took it to his office along with the new computer and transferred data over the weekend.  This was a Friday and on Monday he returned to set up the new computer and he explained how everything worked..  This is the second time that we have used The Computer Place and are very satisfied with Chris.  He is very professional and really knows what he is doing.  I had already recommended Chris to two of my friends.  One of these friends did use The Computer Place and told me he not only had Chris work on his PC but he is working with him on his business system.  We will continue to use Chris for any and all our computer needs. <br />"
