I provide friendly and patient support with tech troubles at home, including setup, repair as well as instruction in the use of tech devices and software. \nI started CT&T in 2002, providing home computer support part-time, while working in the Mental Health field. In 2008, after completing computer courses and certification in PC Support, I transitioned from the Mental Health field to working as a contractor/consultant for various companies, some short contracts and some longer term, while taking on occasional customers for my own business, Computer Tutor and Troubleshooter.
