"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Chad is able to access my computer via TeamViewer so he can work from home. Chad diagnosed the problem immediately and resolved my issue. He also 'cleaned up' a couple other issues I had (e.g. Chad removed a couple extra McAfee-type security program that I didn't realize I had installed which were slowing down my computer). I found Chad's name on Angie's List at least a year ago and have contacted him several times during that period of time for assistance. His expertise and knowledge is amazing."

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. We couldn't find anyone as competent as Mr. Caughman. He pricing is honest and reasonable."
