"The exterior door to our basement needed to be replaced due to water damage. Daryl was able to get us on the schedule within a week of me reaching out (which happened to be the week of Christmas). His guys were on time, friendly, and professional and showed a great attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old door for me. I thought Daryl s pricing was fair and competitive, and there were no cost surprises at the end of the project. I can also not stress enough how nice it is to communicate and coordinate with the owner of the company versus a customer service representative in another state. Will definitely use again."

"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"I had several estimates. Dave came to my home and gave me an estimate and also some very helpful suggestions. I have several rooms painted along with trim and doors. He even replaced the door handles for me. He also cut a doorway under the steps to create a walk in closet for extra storage. He put drywall and flooring in there. Wonderful job! More than I even expected. He and his staff are very professional and polite. He is true to his word and followed up afterwards to be sure I was satisfied."

Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident.
