"Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."

"Mr. Hoskins made contact with me via email to set up a date/time for the work to be performed within just a couple days of my purchasing the $99 deal. As I had yet to decide exactly what work I would have him perform I emailed him back to advise him of that. When I decided to have the halogen track lighting in our kitchen replaced with cooler and more efficient CFL lighting, I purchased the new fixtures and contacted Mr. Hoskins to set up our appointment. He was very easy to work with and was available at a time that was very convenient for me to be home and advised me he and his assistant would be at my house no later than 8:30 of the appointed morning.
   On the day the work was to be performed, Mr. Hoskins and his assistant arrived at my home well before 8:30 ready to get to work. He asked what they would be doing, I showed them the light fixtures to be replaced, and they commenced their tasks. Both Mr. Hoskins and his assistant were pleasant to speak with and very personable. 
   Approximately an hour and a half later all 3 of my kitchen light fixtures, two 19" flush mount ceiling fixtures for the main lighting and one pendant light over the sink, were installed and checked for proper operation and I was asked if I was satisfied with the results. Gold stars! They gathered their tools, cleaned up the area of the packaging from the new light fixtures, and bid me good day.
   I will not hesitate to contact Mr. Hoskins again when I'm wanting things done around the house that my husband claims to not have the time or expertise for.

"Within about a week of ordering it, a package arrived with outline paper. Essentially our job was to outline half the table and the two leafs (we were pleasantly surprised these could be added for a relatively modest amount - I think $12) In addition, they asked for the table company and any serial or model number. About two or three weeks later, right as promised, the package arrived. Our measurements were accurate as the pads fit perfectly. The quality is great. Now the pads are on the table, which looks great, and will be covered by a table cloth with we have formal dinners."

"Julian replaced the broken & loose ceramic tiles, then removed and replaced the grout in the entire kitchen & dining area. He finished the job by adding floor moulding around the entire floor area in both rooms. I couldn't be happier. Julian did a timely and fantastic job, and he and his crewman were professional and polite. I will definitely seek Julian for future jobs."

I agree with all the other positive comments and definitely recommend them without hesitation.  They care about the quality of their work - they have a 10 year warranty on their workmanship.

Came out to look at my roof and were very informative.   They spent time pointing out my neighbors house, the shortcuts their roofer had made and why that roof may not last over time / through a hurricane.

They replaced my roof, replaced a lot of the damaged wood under the old shingles. Took down my unused oil burner chimney to below the roof line and roofed over it. Took pictures of the work in progress and gave me them when finished.  Everything happened on time, and cleaned up afterwards.

I also had them replace my windows. That also went smoothly. All thier workers were great, very polite and answered any questions I had.  When it was discovered that the window manufacturer had sent one window that was the wrong style, they put in a temporary window. Came back 2 weeks later and installed the correct one with out any issue.

They will be my first point of contact for future work on the house.  

So happy I found someone who I can trust to do a job RIGHT.

"I was required by the county to install a watershed management device (drywell) on my property in order to offset the amount of impervious material that was used around my swimming pool.  This was an extremely complicated project from the start.  The area that was selected for the drywell was very difficult to access, so excavated dirt from the drywell area would need to be wheel barreled to various parts of my yard.  Robert (Royal Landcaping) reviewed my design plans and provided me a very fair price to not only do the work, but also handled all inspections with the County's Environmental Services Inspections Division to ensure the drywell and drainage system would pass inspection.  It took Robert's team a little over 3 days to complete the project.  His team arrived early each day, and didn't stop until 5:30 p.m., about the time our neighbors were arriving home from work.  I was impressed with how neat they maintained the work area, and every single day, they would take time to clean up before departing.  When they completed work, Robert and his team power washed the sidewalk, driveway and streets, making my home once again, the envy of the neighborhood. 
I am very pleased with the outstanding job Robert (Royal Landscaping) did for me, and would highly recommend his company to others.  Robert is also an exceptional family man and person -- he always supports military veterans and families, and offers them discounted services.  I'm retired from the Air Force, so always appreciate those who go the extra mile for our military.  I would certainly hire this company again.

"I've worked with contractors, builders and loads of handy people from many different states. Renee and Ernie Lamb are two of the best I've ever encountered. They show up, are fairly priced, professional and Ernie is a master carpenter so you know your work is going to be outstanding. Mine was. They made it easy for me, the homeowner - the wood was delivered by a local company so no need to be bothered running to Lowes picking it out - this guy knows what he's doing...and more! This is a husband and wife team so while he's busy installing cabinets, bookcases, etc. she is painting. They are simply the best and I don't say that about most contractors, builders, handymen I've come in contact with over the years - just getting them to show up was a problem. This couple goes above and beyond to satisfy customers - sheer joy for me the homeowner who had an entire living/dining area redone."
