"I called on 3/6/11 about 3 pm and they were there the next morning at 11:00. Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. I was not informed of when the part was in or when the AC unit could be repaired. I had to call and check on the status of things. We were without our AC unit for over two weeks during the heat wave (July 18 - August 3, date it was repaired). Our house is a new build and the unit is still under warranty."
