He showed me the defective switch on the washing machine which was the reason why the washer would not drain or spin. I had scheduled a 4:00pm appointment on Home Advisor. Speedy called me in the morning to advise me that they don't do appointment times but windows for appointments (ie 10am to 2pm). They would call me 30 minutes before they arrived.
