I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.

"Chad showed up when scheduled to give us an estimate. We had a general idea of what we wanted and tried to convey our and quot;design thoughtsand quot; to him. He was very helpful with suggestions as well, when asked. Within a day or two of his initial visit, he provided drawings and a written estimate for the work to be performed. We had gathered different estimates and his, although, not the least expensive, was the most complete, detailing costs for material/labor for each step of the process. The drawings he provided gave us assurance that he did, indeed, understand what we were looking to have done. Once we made the decision to go with his design/estimate, we provided a deposit and were put on his schedule. He began the job on time and stayed within his estimate on costs. All of his work was done as promised and done within the time frame he promised. This was especially nice because the weather was not always cooperative. Upon completion, he even came back to ensure that everything looked good to us and that we had no issues with drainage or runoff, etc. We absolutely LOVE the patio. It looks exactly as we had pictured it would. We will definitely keep him in mind for any future projects.

"It was good. There were certain things that weren't covered under the plan. I'm not sure if they cut the bushes down in the back around the fence. I had to pay extra for that. They should try get me to know the schedule so I know when they're coming and when they're not coming. Other than that, it takes time to get the workers together. I like Patrick and he's the owner. The thing in the firepit was included with the mulch but he said I had to pay for the materials."

"Shawn Hall and his crew showed up when they said they would and kept us informed through the whole project. He was upfront on all costs of the project and explained the process. Our drop ceiling and outlet turned out great and we couldn't be happier! We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, good people to do quality work. "When they inspected my chimney they discovered that my chimney was was never rebuilt correctly, they took pictures that showed mortar was only partially applied and there were cracks . They filled in and sealed what was needed. They also advised me to have my chimney cleaned after burning a cord of word. They offered a warranty on their work and will keep a record of what was done with the pictures. I was pleased especially after I have had more the a few companies clean my chimney and even had one iinstall an insert and no one ever mentioned the condition of my chimney.

"Average, they required a lot of direction and it took them several visits to complete a small job. They performed what was asked of them; however, I should have requested a firm price bid for the work since they took longer than expected.
