Jerry came out the next day and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was gloved masked and had booties covering his shoes before entering my home. He was very knowledgeable and made a number of no pressure recommendations and system additions that I didn't feel compelled to have installed. Jerry's approach was more as a consultant vs service person. I like this and would use Cool Air in the future."

"Our central air conditioning unit stopped working on a weekday afternoon and the indoor temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. I called Ragsdale's emergency service after hours. A real person took my information and a service tech called me back within 20 minutes to say that he would be at my house that night. He showed up on time and was courteous and very professional. My unit is 18 years old and had not been cleaned in several years. The tech replaced the capacitor and fan motor, added coolant, cleaned the coils, checked pressure and performed several tests. Repair and clean up took about 90 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing on each step, told me the available repair options and their costs, and gave me pointers on how to spot a faulty unit. Our A/C now blows out colder air than prior to repair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely hire them again."

"Jeremy Reel completed the install to perfection. He installed a 50A breaker and the Level 2 Charger. When the car was only charging to 32A he stayed and trouble shot the issue for an extra hour. "Comfort Solutions came to my aid in a pinch (same day service). I had just self installed a smart a few thermostats at my place, but 2 of them were not working as expected (only pushing out hot air, and the fan wouldn't shut off). It was also a really hot day. The technician arrived, assessed the situation, tried a few configurations for the thermostats and eventually figured out the problem. The system wasn't that old but it was wired in a weird, and inconsistent way between all the thermostats in the house. In the end, the charge was very reasonable, because even though they spent a lot of time at the house, the fix itself was not that costly. Through the entire service, it was very easy to talk to the technician, he explained everything and answered all questions - it was almost like talking to someone I had known for a while. They also recommended another fix that was not urgent, but something I should keep in mind. They were not even pushy about it - but I will definitely call them when I am ready for the fix."
