"The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He has able to look at a rats nest of wires, tell me how it had been miss-wired, fix it, and install two new new switches including a WiFi Wemo in 30 minutes. He also correctly diagnosed a wiring error the builder had made 19 years ago. He deserves my 5-star rating. The only issue I have is Mr. Value's charge of $267 for one hour of work. That is more than four times what I make as a senior SW developer for Dell."

"Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Reviewed all possible issues with electrical box, wiring, outlets before doing any updates, repairs. Job well done, cleanup done after work completed. I know who to call for any future electrical questions. THANK YOU!!"

"Super responsive and professional with excellent customer service! He replaced an electrical outlet that wasnâ  t working, but shortly after he left, it tripped again. He was able to return immediately and solve the problem very quickly."

"One of my kitchen outlets kept blowing out my microwave. The builder had installed the wrong fixture. Cliff Henderson did an excellent job! He installed a surge protector outlet. He also fixed my overhead kitchen light that was dimming. His pricing was great and I will recommend him to everyone that needs a professional electrician!"

"He was persistent, and got the job done."

"Love my EV charger! They did a great job on the installation."

"Nick was very professional and did a fantastic job on my electrical project. He took care to work both carefully and efficiently. I will definitely use Britebox Electrical Services again for any future electrical repairs!"

"Ron is very experienced and professional. He had installed two new outlets for me from scratch. His prices are reasonable and heâ s a fast and focused worker. Highly recommend!"

"I called Lighting Bug Electric for a quote to install a generator transfer switch. The office was prompt with scheduling and called to let me know each time when a technician would be out and was on his way. Timing was accurate. Leo came out to give a quote. He looked everything over, listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions and made sound recommendations. I was very impressed with Leo and felt comfortable with the quote and his abilities. This wasn't our first transfere switch intall. I wanted Leo to do the install so I set up an appointment for install with him on the spot for the following week. Leo and Michael came out to do the install. Again the office called to let me know the were on thier way and would be arriving in about 35-40 minutes. I sat my Alexa for a reminder, they were exactly on time. The install was fast and efficient. Very little loss of power (inconvenience to me). Afterwards, Leo walked me through the operating process and again patiently answered all my questions. Michael whom Im assuming was his assistant was very pleasant and personable. Both were people you felt you could trust. They felt like *family doing the job, you knew you were in good hands. *Just FYI , my dad (who has passed) was a licensed electrician and had his own business. We were spoiled if we needed any electrical work, dad would do it. You know he was thorough. Im not an electrician but just growing up in the environment its easy to spot electricians that are sincere, knowledgeable, thorough and care. I highly recommend Leo and Lighting bug electric."
