It was already a difficult period in my life, so I was thankful for the straight forward approach. I found that they used quality materials. 1) have them handle the testing and design portion of the process. 2) the testing and design process takes a while to complete. 3) this work is weather contingent. Wet whether will delay the contraction time line. 4) this type of work requires digging in the ground. This may result in some uneven ground during construction, and settling that occurs after construction. They said they would be back in spring to fix any settling that may have occurred over the winter."
