"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Absolutely phenomenal! Luis and his crew were polite, honest, and professional. My husband and I have never experienced working with a contractor before, so we prayed for God to put the right people in our path, and He answered our prayers tremendously. We were clueless about materials and how much things should cost on average, but Luis guided us step-by-step. He and his crew built a second walk-in closet for our master bedroom. The work looks so professional, it looks as if the closet is a part of the house’s original design, very seamless! Part of our back porch was used for the space, and one of the living room windows had to be removed. We’re still in awe of how it looks like a window was never there! We plan on using BetaPro in the near future, and highly, HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone!!"

"Aaron was fantastic. We had previously had a guy come out to bid just the basement work and then we never heard from him again. Aaron consistently picked up the phone, was happy to communicate, work with our schedules and SHOWED UP. It was a huge relief to be able to rely on his knowledge and know-how. He is very skilled in carpentry and dry-wall and he was happy to take on small electrical tasks. The paint job was superb and no longer worrying about mold has been such a weight taken off our shoulders. He was so timely and efficient I honestly can not recommend Aaron enough. We will certainly be calling him for any future projects and we tell all of our friends and family about him."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Eddie was able to work when others were not. I was having old bathroom vanities removed and new vanities installed. In between these jobs, Eddie was able to get my old floor removed and the new tile installed, plus he hauled away the old flooring and an old toilet and installed a new toilet. All this happened with a minimum of down time for the bathroom. I was very pleased. The new floor looks great."
