I had a pipe repair done, roof work and he also lit my hot water heater and fireplace. Just last week I called he to come check on a leak I had in the attic. I calls Reggie for all my plumbing needs and will most definitely recommend him to all my friends."

"Five stars are simply not enough to express my satisfaction with the service provided by Reliable Plumbing. After multiple other companies failed me, their team quickly and professionally solved my drain clog issue, and supplied and installed my new tankless water heater. The technician was was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything throughout the process, and I love that they are a family owned business. To top it all off, their prices beat other companies I had to deal with. Thank you Reliable Plumbing. I don't have enough words to express my appreciation. I gained a forever plumbing company!"

"Joshua Jackson of J & Junior Plumbing was truly very good: professional, transparent, communicative, responsive to texts and calls. Three men showed up and installed a tankless water heater in my old house. They took away the 30 gallon old heater. Joshua recommended a tankless heater that was more expensive than other heater units but explained that the one he uses does not require addition fittings (stainless steal exhaust vent--this one uses PVC pipe exhaust through existing hole in roof without special roof hood)."

"Derek responded to my calls when others wouldn't and came out punctually. Over the course of four days he worked to discover a major water leak in our system. Once he realized we had an old, decaying underground system tied in to a newer, exposed pipe system, he worked to cut off the old system by repiping. He also ran new lines to outdoor water faucets that were connected to the old underground system.
Throughout, Derek and his fellow employee were professional and responsive. Highly recommended.

"Matt and his crew were very efficient and worked diligently to drain the old hot water heater, remove it from the attic, and take it away for disposal. Upon discovering the new hot water heater would not pass through the opening into the attic, they simply loaded it up and purchased on that would fit. Then they installed the new unit, drained the lines of air before turning it on. They were personable, knew what they were doing, had all the equipment necessary to complete the project. I would definitely use their services again."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."
